Cliff:

On behalf of the Hardin County Road Department and Fiscal Court, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the TOTAL PATCHER and TOTAL TANK we purchased from your company, and the training and support is second to none, top-notch. The TOTAL PATCHER saves us time repairing potholes, as well as manpower, compared to cold mix. We haven't had any problems with the pot holes that have been patched.

We recommend the TOTAL PATCHER and TOTAL TANK to anyone or any department that maintains blacktop or chip seal roads. Take a chance with a free demo. You will be amazed with the TOTAL PATCHER.

If you have any questions, please call (270) 737-6046.

Thanks Cliff, Donna, and Brent Dickehut

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I first met Cliff and Donna Dickehut during the equipment show at the annual SAM conference in the fall of 2011. Though the St. Joseph County Road Commission had not yet ventured into the world of spray injection patching we did have a demonstration from a different vendor ealier that summer. When I spoke with Cliff about that demonstration he confidently said that the TOTAL PATCHER was a better machine as they had taken all of the problem areas that the competition's machine had and fixed them. I admit that my first thoughts were that Cliff was overconfident and Equipment Marketing was building a "knock off" to the name brand unit.

The next summer we decided to put Cliff and his claims to the test. He brought up a TOTAL PATCHER T-7500 unit and spent the day with several from our crew as we toured the county putting spray injection patches on our worst high volume turning and truck/farm traffic problem areas. Not only were we impressed with the way those patches held up but also with how user friendly the TOTAL PATCHER unit was over the competition's brand. We continued to watch those problem areas for the rest of the year and knew that this tool was our best option to lowering our cold patch cost while providing a more permanent repair.

Two years have passed since we purchased our first TOTAL PATCHER and our relationship with Equipment Marketing has grown. Any questions that we've had were quickly answered by Cliff and his team. One phone call on any of the wear items and the replacement part shows up the next day UPS. We lowered our cold patch bill by $80,000. We have since purchased a second TOTAL PATCHER T-7500 and a 6,000 gallon emulsion storage tank and expect that savings to double next year. I must say this is one of the best tools we have purchased to put in our road maintenance program.

Dear Cliff,

We purchased our TOTAL PATCHER from you in 2013 and we couldn't be happier with our choice!

After having such a rough winter the TOTAL PATCHER has turned out to be one of our greatest assets! The TOTAL PATCHER doesn't disappoint. Our office gets multiple calls each day regarding potholes, and despite what the weather conditions may be that day, we are able to quickly dispatch our road crew and perform road maintenance as needed.

The TOTAL PATCHER has been a substantial cost savings not only to our department, but also the Water Department, and the Wastewater Treatment Plant. As utility cuts are made we are able to quickly fill in these areas therefore reducing the road repair costs to each department and the amount of time a street needs to be closed to the public.

Cliff has been Excellent to work with! The Customer Service and Training provided was Top Notch! Cliff has been there every step of the way! We couldn't be happier with our choice in purchasing the TOTAL PATCHER or the Customer Service we have received from your company!

Dear Cliff,

We are ready to take delivery on a new TOTAL PATCHER purchase. This will replace the oldest of our five patchers we have purchased from you over the past 14 years.

We have been delighted with the durability, flexibility, and realiability of the TOTAL PATCHER. When compared to the traditional method of cold patch, the TOTAL PATCH system of patching provides a much more durable, longer lasting, and smoother patch. We are able to fill ruts, cracks, potholes, and any other pavement irregularities that need repair at a cost substantially less than cold patch.

Last year we added a TOTAL TANK for on-site oil storage and semi deliveries which will pay for itself in short order. With a bulk storage tank on site, we have boosted productivity in our daily patching operations by spending more time patching and less time running after oil.

We appreciate the time and effort you, your wife, and Brent have provided in assisting us with parts, service, and trainig. The level of personal attention your company provides is rare, and I cannot think of another vendor who rises to the level of after-purchase support that you provide. Keep up the good work!

To Whom It May Concern:

Henderson County has done business with Equipment Marketing Company since 2006. The Henderson County Road Department purchased a TOTAL PATCHER and TOTAL TANK from Equipment Marketing Company and has been extremely pleased with both pieces of equipment. The Total Patcher has saved the County a great deal of money because it allows us to repair the bad sections of road instead of totally repaving the entire surface. The TOTAL TANK saves a lot of time and gives us a ready source for the emulsion used in the TOTAL PATCHER. Both pieces of equipment are well-designed and parts are readily available when needed.

Equipment Marketing Company provides excellent training, service, and support for their equipment. I highly recommend anyone who wants a free demonstration to do so. I believe they will agree these machines are easy to operate and will provide a cost savings to them.

Sincerely,

Donald Hugh McCormick

To whom it may concern,

In early 2014 our Department of Public Works purchased a Total Patcher VORTEX from Equipment Marketing Company. To date we have been very pleased with the productivity of the machine. The VORTEX has been utilized in all types of weather and road conditions to great success. The ability to drive on the finished product immediately is a huge benefit of this repair. Most importantly we now have the ability to perform a more permanent fix on the roadways with minimal effort and cost. Additionally, residents have given us excellent feedback on the end product of this machine.

The entire Equipment Marketing team is a pleasure to work with, as they are available anytime for questions/concerns/emails. The level of training and advice provided by Cliff Dickehut is superior.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Sincerely,

Michael Moore
